Omnium vs. Bullitt
Which cargo bike to choose?
You're starting to know us, at Massacan, we like to offer you the best of the best.
So when it comes to cargo, seeing that it was going to be complicated to make our own cargo in Italy, we thought it would be cool to offer you the cream of the crop of Danish cargo!
Larry vs Harry and Omnium are two brands of cargo bikes that have existed since 2008 for the first and 2012 for the second.
Both were born in Copenhagen. And that's not entirely by chance.
The first traces of Long John type cargo bikes (a bike with a modified front end to increase its loading capacity) date back to the early 1920s in Odense, a stone's throw from the Danish capital.
You will see in what follows, although our two brands have some points in common, they have their own identity and ultimately offer two quite different and complementary approaches.
In fact, it seemed really relevant to us to have both options in the store!
Come on, below, I suggest you see things more clearly by taking into account the two entry-level muscular models of the two brands.
