Our products have a lifetime warranty.

It sounds cool for sure, but what does that mean?

Basically, if you have a problem with your frame or your fork and if this problem occurs while you're using your bike in a proper way*, then as long as Massacan exist we will do our best to offer you a solution.

As a general rule of thumb, we prefer to repair your frameset, but if this is impossible, a standard exchange will be offered.

If you are unlucky enough to make contact with the planet in a quick, unexpected and painful way and your frame or fork were rendered unusable, in exchange for your damaged equipment, a new frame kit would be offered to you with a 50% discount.

*: I mean, no DH, no crazy stuff, we respect the cool stuff FFS !
