For frame kits and custom-built bikes:

Our in-stock bikes and frame kits are shipped within 48 hours.

They are shipped from Nice and we deliver worldwide.

Shipping costs for France are:

• Frame kit: €49 (via Chronopost)
• Complete bike: €99 (via Geodis)

For abroad, an additional cost may be applied depending on certain destinations.

We love our products and we love having happy customers so everything is packaged with lots of love and foam.

When receiving your order, make sure that the packaging is intact and do not hesitate to express reservations to the carrier if there are any.

For goodies, accessories, equipment and spare parts:

We try to have as many products as possible in stock.

Unfortunately, some items may require ordering from our supplier.

Basically, in terms of delivery times, if the product is in stock, allow 2 to 3 days of delivery time.

If the item requires an order from our supplier, the delay generally observed is around 7 to 10 working days.
