Returns

It can happen, it's unfortunate but if you were not completely satisfied with your bike or your Massacan frame kit, you have 30 days from receipt to make a return.

The best is to send us an email to salut@massacan.cc to discuss it.

You will have the possibility to request an exchange, a credit note, or simply a refund.

Note that the return costs are your responsibility and that the items will only be taken back if they are returned to us in their original condition and packaging.
